PASSWORD RETRIEVAL

If you have forgotten your password, you can re-set it as long as you know your four-digit Member ID and the email address registered in your account. If you put these in correctly, an email message entitled Your Bristol LETS Account should arrive with an automatically-generated password (don't forget to check your junk box). To start the process click HERE.

However, if you don't know your Member ID or email address, please Contact Us and a member of the admin team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Once you get into the system, if you are not happy with the password which has been set, you can go straight to My Profile (it's a link on the side-bar) and change this password to one you can remember - it's the first choice on the menu. NB you will need to include at least one digit in the new password you choose. This menu also enables you to add information to the About Me box, create and edit Offers & Wants, and upload a Photo, which is very effective in brightening up your profile.
